Mo-Mi started in 2022 within two key goals:

• Create a sustainable business that allows our collective families to work, grow and build together.

Grown throughout the midwest, we can comfortably boast the largest grassfed supply chain in the country, We are a midwest based producer, focusing on a strong and resilient supply chain to ensure consistency, availability and reliability. We utilize our proprietary finishing protocols to ensure that all lambs are meeting our carcass specifications. Our specialty is large carcasses ( 80 lbs ), with the following certifications:

• Antibiotic Free

• Vaccine Free

• Certified Grassfed ( American Grassfed Association )

• Regeneratively Certified ( Land to Market )

• Halal

Beyond the field and farm, we have extensive experience in animal slaughter and fabrication, further processing, RTC / RTE product development and more. We prefer collaboration over transactions, and look forward to talking more.
