We specialize in large carcasses (80lbs +\- 5lbs), 100% grassfed certified (AGA) , as well as regeneratively certified (Land to Market). With proprietary finishing methods, extensive inventory, we are able to ensure consistency beyond just size, but also quality and fabrications.
