Our Lamb is a years long collaboration between Cabriejo Ranch and Ham Sweet Farm; all culminating with Mo-Mi Lamb.
Our lamb is Regeneratively Certified by Land to Market, and we are also American Grassfed Association Certified.
We grow our lambs longer and larger than is normal, which results in marbling that is unmatched and flavor that is clean, rich and grassy., This is how lamb is meant to taste and be eaten.

Headquartered in the Ozarks, our family raises flocks of Merino cross fine wool ewes and finished market lambs, across the midwest and distributs nationally.
Our lambs are certified GrassFed through the American Grassfed Association (AGA) and Regenerative through the Savory Institute‘s Land 2 Market Program (L2M). Our team is trained and highly experienced in natural, humane, and safe livestock handling through: lambing, grazing, shearing, and transportation.
Our ranch and transporters are Beef Quality Assurance certified.
